ARTICLE 2 | APPLICABILITY
2.1 These Visitor Terms apply to every Agreement between the Organizer and the Customer, regardless of how the Agreement is concluded, and to every visit to the Event Location.
2.2 Anyone purchasing a ticket for another person is responsible for informing that person of these Visitor Terms and ensuring that they comply with them.
2.3 The Organizer may amend these Visitor Terms from time to time. The most recent version published on the Website applies.
2.4 In addition to these Visitor Terms, the terms and conditions of the Ticket Provider may also apply to the purchase of Admission Tickets.
2.5 Dutch law applies to these Visitor Terms and all Agreements between the Organizer and the Customer.
ARTICLE 3 | OFFERS AND CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT
3.1 All information, announcements, prices, and offers relating to the Event and ticket sales are provided as accurately as possible. However, the Organizer cannot guarantee that all information is always fully complete or error-free.
3.2 An Agreement is concluded when the Customer purchases or otherwise obtains an Admission Ticket from the Organizer or through an authorized Ticket Provider, and/or when the Visitor enters the Event Location.
3.3 The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of tickets for leisure events with a specific date or period of performance.
ARTICLE 4 | ACCESS AND ADMISSION
4.1 The Event is strictly 19+. A valid government-issued ID must be shown upon first request. No valid ID means no entry.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any Visitor or remove any Visitor from the Event Location without refund if the Visitor does not comply with these Visitor Terms, house rules, safety instructions, or behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.
4.3 Each Admission Ticket is valid for one person only and for one-time entry, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Organizer.
4.4 Leaving the Event Location may cause the Admission Ticket to lose its validity, unless the Organizer explicitly allows re-entry.
4.5 Admission Tickets remain the property of the Organizer.
4.6 Visitors are responsible for ensuring they are the rightful holder of a valid Admission Ticket.
ARTICLE 5 | TICKETS, REFUNDS AND RESALE
5.1 All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the Organizer explicitly states otherwise.
5.2 If the Event is rescheduled, tickets will in principle remain valid for the new date.
5.3 If the Event is canceled in full by the Organizer, the Organizer may decide to refund the Admission Price of the original ticket purchaser. Service fees, handling fees, transaction fees, and other additional costs may be excluded unless otherwise stated.
5.4 It is prohibited to resell Admission Tickets for commercial purposes or at a higher price than the original Admission Price, unless explicitly permitted by the Organizer or the Ticket Provider.
5.5 The Organizer reserves the right to invalidate tickets obtained, used, or distributed in violation of these Visitor Terms and to deny access without refund.
ARTICLE 6 | EVENT CHANGES
6.1 The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event, including but not limited to changes in venue, timetable, programming, running times, artists, performers, and line-up.
6.2 Changes to the line-up, program, venue layout, or timetable do not entitle the Customer or Visitor to a refund or compensation.
ARTICLE 7 | LIABILITY
7.1 Attendance at the Event and presence at the Event Location are entirely at the Visitor’s own risk.
7.2 The Organizer is not liable for any indirect loss, consequential damage, loss of profits, or other damages resulting from attending or being unable to attend the Event, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of the Organizer.
7.3 The Organizer is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to clothing, personal belongings, tickets, or other property of the Visitor.
7.4 Visitors are responsible for their own safety and conduct during the Event.
7.5 Loud music, strobe lighting, and crowded spaces may be present during the Event. Visitors attend at their own responsibility.
ARTICLE 8 | HOUSE RULES AND CONDUCT
8.1 All Visitors must comply with the house rules of the Organizer and the Event Location, as well as all instructions given by staff, security, and authorized personnel.
8.2 The Organizer may refuse entry or remove Visitors from the Event without refund in case of misconduct, aggression, harassment, discrimination, intoxication, possession of prohibited items, or violation of house rules or safety instructions.
8.3 Visitors must behave in a respectful and responsible manner toward staff, artists, performers, other visitors, and the venue.
ARTICLE 9 | IMAGE AND SOUND RECORDINGS
9.1 The Organizer may make or commission photo, video, and audio recordings at the Event.
9.2 By attending the Event, the Visitor grants the Organizer permission to capture and use their image, likeness, and voice in recordings and photographs for promotional, commercial, and editorial purposes, without compensation.
ARTICLE 10 | FORCE MAJEURE
10.1 The Organizer is not liable for failure to perform any obligation if such failure is caused by force majeure.
10.2 Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: government measures, fire, strikes, transport disruptions, illness, power outages, pandemics, extreme weather, terrorism threats, public safety risks, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer.
10.3 In case of force majeure, the Organizer may reschedule, relocate, interrupt, or cancel the Event without being liable for any additional damages or costs.
